We undertake both small reactive works & projects. Anything from moving a light switch,  repairing a leak or changing a fan to full design and build projects. We can offer turnkey projects  for all manner of engineering works. Full Boiler House Installations, Chiller Upgrades, Fan Coil  Unit Installations & Air Handling Unit Refurbishments are a few examples of project works which  we routinely carry out. We have a very ingenious design team who will find a solution to any  engineering issue you will ever have.

Our most recent large project for Bouygues was circa £1.4 Million pound boiler plant room  upgrade works at Kings College. This consisted of full boiler, replacement, new electrics, controls,  flue system, steam boilers, pumps, pipework modifications, insulation, ventilation &  commissioning.

We are also pleased to offer a call out facility to help aid and support our clients when emergency  works present themselves. We offer a 4-hour response for any Gas related emergencies and for  all other call outs, we shall always endeavour to attend within 4 hours(often improving on this).

We have an extensively stocked storeroom so if any information can be provided by our clients  first response engineer, then it is often feasible for us to attend site with the correct materials in  order to not only make safe, but undertake full repair works as part of our initial attendance.
